Our Frame Tent Rentals include delivery and setup and breakdown and pickup. It is not necessary to add Delivery & Pickup in your cart for this rental item! We will schedule Tent Setup and Tent Pickup after booking. Our deliveries are very busy, in season. We will work to provide a convenient delivery & pickup window, but our priority is to ensure that every event goes down without any issue, especially yours! It is common, even for one day events, that we may be required to Setup on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and Break Down on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.  This is our Standard Policy.

Our Frame Tents are staked into the ground. Clients must ensure adequate open space is prepared for the tent, including up to 10 feet additional space on each side for staking. Client is responsible for ensuring Tent & Staking Area is free from any underground utility lines (gas, water, electric) in the staking vicinity. If underground utilities, large rocks, concrete or asphalt, or space limits our staking abilities, we must add weighted barrels. We need to know in advance if weighted barrels must be used. Weighted barrels will require an additional charge, and they require we have the ability to use a water spigot at the tent site, to fill them.

We will not setup our tents directly under large trees.  We are proud of the cleanliness and the condition of our tents, maintaining this is next to impossible if exposed to the bird droppings, pollen, pine tar, sticks, etc. that fall from trees.
